Melbourne oozes cool, funky and fun. With lots to explore in the city known equally for its arts scene and it's sports, lets hit the streets for that first taste of what draws explorers back time and time again. We'll kick the morning off with a city tour, and you'll soon know why the local secret is to explore on foot. Discover the colourful street art in the hidden laneways and then chill out at a local sidewalk café, and with it fast becoming one of the ultimate foodie hotspots, don't waste any time tasting some of the delicious fresh produce Melbourne is now so famous for. This afternoon the exploring continues, starting with an iconic tram ride to Fitzroy and St Kilda, otherwise known as the 'Hipster Headquarters'. Wander down Brunswick Street for vintage finds & a spot of re-fuelling at one of the many cool local bars. If sand and sea are more your thing you could hit the beach at St. Kilda, watch the kite surfers do their thing & tuck into a tasty seafood lunch.
Australia is fast gaining a reputation for excellent local fresh eats, and Melbourne is at the heart of the food & drink revolution. So tonight, why not opt in for a night out to experience a Craft Beer & Cider tour plus delicious local dinner. As the Aussie's might say 'BONZA!'

This morning is all yours to explore Melbourne on your terms, and there's endless opportunities at your fingertips. Take a stroll along the river or visit Federation Square. Shoppers will fuel the addiction in Melbourne. Try Collins Street or Lane for some pricey threads, Chapel Street for eclectic treats and unique Aussie designers, or bargain hunt to your hearts content on Swanston Street. The options are literally endless. Later, prepare to be amazed by some of the world's cutest creatures as we head to Phillip Island to see the famous Penguin Parade. The Little (Fairy) Penguins at Phillip Island are considered a must-see and a national treasure. On arrival, we'll do our bit to help out the Phillip Island Nature Parks conservancy on one of their special projects - it's our way of saying thanks. There's time to wander the beach or check out the local Chocolate Factory before the stars of the show make their way home for the evening.
